The Company's pipeline, derived from its proprietary MATCH™ technology, targets two key validated drug targets, ghrelin and motilin. Tranzyme’s lead products, ulimorelin (an i.v. prokinetic agent for postoperative ileus and acute gastric motility disorders) and TZP-102 (an oral prokinetic for gastroparesis) are potent ghrelin agonists both in late stage development.  TZP-201, a motilin antagonist for the treatment of moderate-to-severe diarrhea, and TZP-301, a ghrelin antagonist for the treatment of metabolic diseases, are advancing in development.
